Resources downloaded from Swarve.lol are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within your own projects and experiences.

Creators retain ownership of the resources they publish. By uploading content, creators grant Swarve.lol a license to host, display, and distribute their resources through the platform.

You agree not to use the platform to distribute malicious code, harvest user data, or engage in any activity that violates Roblox's Terms of Use or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any resource and suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

Our Discord server is a space for creators and users to connect, share, and get support. To keep it welcoming for everyone, all members must follow these rules at all times. Breaking them may result in a warning, mute, kick, or permanent ban at the moderators' discretion.

• No spam or flooding — avoid repeated messages, excessive mentions, emoji spam, or self-promotion outside designated channels.
• No unsolicited links or advertising — do not post invites to other servers, referral links, or promotional links without staff permission.
• No insults, harassment, or hate speech — treat every member with respect. Discrimination, bullying, and personal attacks are not tolerated.
• No NSFW or 18+ content — keep all messages, images, usernames, and avatars safe for work. No sexual, gore, or explicit material.
• No scams, phishing, or malware — never share malicious files, fake giveaways, or attempts to steal accounts or personal data.
• No impersonation — do not pretend to be staff, creators, or other members.
• Use the correct channels — keep conversations on-topic and post in the channel that matches your message.
• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• Listen to staff — moderator decisions are final. If you disagree, open a ticket calmly instead of arguing in chat.

All resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Swarve.lol does not guarantee that resources will be error-free, secure, or compatible with every project.

You use all downloaded resources at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swarve.lol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any resource or service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
